A typical deinking process uses mechanical and chemical unit processing to remove ink from fibers. The production process mainly includes the dissociation of waste paper, screening and purification of waste pulp, deinking, concentration and storage of pulp, thermal dispersion, etc.

Deinking pulp can be used for products such as newsprint, thin cotton paper, printing and copying paper, magazine paper (super gloss paper/light coated paper), certain grades of hard paper boxes, etc.

The process flow of non deinked pulp is much simpler than that of deinked pulp. The production process uses mechanical cleaning, which eliminates processes such as deinking and bleaching.

Non deinked pulp is mainly used to produce products such as cardboard, corrugated paper, and low-grade cardboard. Most waste paper pulp lines are integrated with papermaking.

2.KRAFT PAPER ROLL MAKING MACHINE

Small paper machines are commonly used in developing countries and some specialty paper production, with a width of 1-3 meters and a working speed of tens of meters to 200 meters per minute.
