1.Physical treatment method:

Precipitation method: By adding flocculants, suspended particles in the wastewater are aggregated into larger flocs, and then solid-liquid separation is performed, such as sedimentation tanks and flotation tanks.

Filtration method: Use sand filter, membrane filtration and other methods to remove fine suspended solids and some dissolved organic matter.

2.Chemical treatment method:

Neutralization and adjustment: Adjusting the pH value of wastewater to a suitable range will help the subsequent treatment process go smoothly and neutralize acid and alkali substances.

Chemical flocculation: Adding coagulant and coagulant aids promotes the aggregation of fine particles in wastewater to facilitate sedimentation or filtration.

Redox reaction: For certain toxic and harmful substances, chemical oxidants (such as Fenton's reagent) can be used for advanced oxidation treatment.

3.Biological treatment method:

Activated sludge method: Under aerobic conditions, the microbial community in activated sludge decomposes organic matter in wastewater.

Biological contact oxidation method: Use a device filled with biofilm carriers to increase the contact area and degradation efficiency between microorganisms and wastewater.

Anaerobic digestion: For high-concentration organic wastewater, anaerobic fermentation can be used to generate biogas and reduce organic load.

4.Deep processing technology:

Alkali recovery system: Especially for pulping black liquor, cooking alkali recovery technology is used to extract chemicals in it, reducing pollution load and realizing resource reuse.

Electrochemical treatment: Electrocatalytic oxidation technology is used to destroy the complex organic structure in wastewater and convert it into easily degradable substances.

Membrane separation technology: Membrane treatment methods such as ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis can further purify wastewater and meet reuse standards.
